You focus on structuring and settling deals. We focus on helping keep your pipeline full.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of commercial finance opportunities from initial enquiry through to settlement.

You’ll:

- Convert qualified inbound leads and referrals
- Understand the client, transaction and commercial objectives
- Analyse financials, cash flow, debt and security
- Structure commercial lending solutions
- Identify the right lender and funding strategy
- Work directly with banks, non-banks, private lenders and credit teams
- Prepare strong commercial credit submissions




- Negotiate pricing, leverage, structure and conditions
- Resolve complex credit and transaction issues
- Manage deals through approval, documentation and settlement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners

You’ll work across commercial property, business lending, working capital, acquisitions, asset finance, SMSF commercial property, private lending and complex property-backed transactions. And if you already have your own book or referral network?

Who we want:

We want a commercial broker who can understand the numbers, structure the deal and get it done.

You’re hungry. Commercial. Solutions-focused. Responsive. And you know there’s almost always another way to structure a deal.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- 1–3+ years’ experience in commercial finance, business banking, broking, lending or credit
- Strong commercial lending and credit knowledge
- Ability to analyse financial statements and business cash flow
- Strong deal-structuring capability
- Experience with commercial property and/or business lending
- Strong lender and BDM relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong CRM, compliance and pipeline discipline
- Relevant qualifications and accreditation eligibility

Experience across commercial property, business lending, asset finance, SMSF lending, private lending or complex transactions is highly regarded. Hello Capital is being built with serious ambition, serious marketing firepower and a modern approach to finance broking.
