Commis Chef

Campus Life Casual appointment – minimum 30 hours per week

About The Position Bond University are seeking experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Commis Chefs to join our friendly and dedicated Food and Beverage team at our Robina campus. Responsible for delivering exceptional product and service, you will contribute to creating a welcoming setting where students and guests can enjoy professional service and a great variety of food. These roles prepare food following set guidelines, ensuring food and beverage procedures comply with State and Federal legislation for OH&S; and health and hygiene.

Flexible shifts are available between 6:00am and 11:00pm to support a healthy work-life balance.





Requirements The successful applicants will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- An appropriate level of training to perform cooking duties
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills

Summary Salary details The hourly base rate for these casual roles is $39.93 (includes 25% casual loading) plus 12% superannuation and any applicable penalty rates.
