Lilley Media is one of Tasmania's fastest growing digital agencies, and we're looking for a full time Content Creator to capture photo, video and drone footage for our clients, then bring it to life in the edit.

This is a hybrid role based in Hobart. Some days you'll be out on shoots, some days in our Hobart office, and some days working from home.

What you'll be doing

Content capture

- Planning and running photo and video shoots for clients on location
- Flying drones to capture aerial photo and video
- Shooting short form content built for social media and ads

Editing and design

- Editing short form video for Reels, TikTok, Stories and ads
- Editing and retouching photography
- Designing social graphics using Adobe Suite and Canva
- Adapting creative across platforms and ad formats

Content and social management

- Scheduling and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and more




- Maintaining content calendars for multiple clients
- Repurposing and refreshing existing content for campaigns
- Writing basic captions within brand tone and guidelines
- Keeping every piece of creative on brand
- Supporting campaign reporting and internal creative workflows

About you

- At least 1 year of experience in content creation, photography or videography
- Confident behind the camera with a good eye for framing, lighting and audio
- Skilled in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut or similar
- Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva
- Current driver's licence and happy to travel to client sites around Hobart and surrounds
- Organised, reliable and great at following systems and processes
- A robust communicator with sharp attention to detail
- Open to feedback, proactive and always looking to improve
- Able to manage your time well across office, home and shoot days

A qualification in photography, videography, design, communications or marketing is helpful but not essential. Your portfolio matters most to us.
