Network Construction Services is a well-established commercial and remedial building company, is seeking to hire a Contract Administrator for our Refurbishment and Remedial projects in the Greater Sydney Area and Central Coast

Our ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry. The applicant will be required 5 days per week on a variety of commercial and Remedial projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with Principal on Remedial projects and its in-house Remedial team and which will require ordering material-follow ups etc The projects will be generally between 10k to $8million dollars,

Outline of job role





- Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Preparation and sending of sub-contract packages.
- Sub-contract tender analysis.
- "Take off" of all elements of construction.
- Document control.
- Preparation of sub-contract comparison schedules.
- Subcontractor meetings.
- Preparing and sending RFI's.
- Preparing and issuing variations.
- Preparation of sub-contracts and supplier orders
- Negotiating sub-contract agreements.
- Cost reporting
