A reputable Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Manager to join a commercial construction project in Penrith. This is an excellent prospect to work on a project with a well-established contractor, overseeing critical out-of-hours construction activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on program, and to the highest quality standards.

Your New Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all night shift operations across the project, ensuring construction activities are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining program milestones.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating all night shift site activities

- Supervising subcontractors, trades, and labour on site

- Driving safety performance and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements

- Monitoring program and productivity targets

- Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site inspections

- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout construction

- Managing site logistics and coordination of works





- Providing detailed shift handovers and progress reporting

- Liaising with the day shift management team to ensure seamless project delivery

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects

- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and site coordination

- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and site teams

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery

- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions

- Construction White Card

- Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
