Your New Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of all night shift operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and coordinating all night shift construction activities
- Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with all WHS, quality, and environmental requirements
- Monitoring program milestones and driving project delivery
- Conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and pre-start meetings
- Managing stakeholder relationships within a live airport environment
- Preparing daily site reports and handover documentation
- Coordinating inspections, defect management, and quality assurance processes

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Solid understanding of construction delivery within live,



operational environments
- Previous airport project experience preferred on Sydney mascot
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and project programs effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian WHS requirements
- Construction White Card
- Relevant trade or building qualifications will be highly regarded
