About the role

You will be responsible for turning over short-stay luxury properties between guest stays.

Key responsibilities

- Full apartment and house cleans
- Making and presenting beds
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Restocking guest amenities
- Preparing properties for incoming guests
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or missing items
- Travelling between properties during the day
- Completing additional housekeeping duties as required, including deep cleans and detailed property resets

About you

- Housekeeping experience is essential
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, short-stay accommodation, Airbnb or holiday rentals, or residential housekeeping is required
- Have your own reliable vehicle to travel between sites
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Be available consistently Monday to Friday
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have strong attention to detail




- Be comfortable working independently
- Be confident travelling between properties
- Have a smartphone with internet access for work communication

About us Complete Host manages over 100 property portfolio of luxury short-stay accommodation across Melbourne. We are looking to expand our core housekeeping team and can provide consistent Monday-to-Friday work for experienced housekeepers who perform to a high standard.
