Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist to join a Perth-based resources organisation in a permanent role. You’ll manage a range of commercial and contractual activities, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers across the full contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contracts from tender and evaluation through to award and close-out.
- Develop tender documentation, scopes and commercial recommendations.
- Lead contract negotiations and support contract formation.
- Manage contract administration, claims, variations and performance.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Provide commercial advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve commercial issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across contracting and procurement processes.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Significant contracts and procurement experience within resources, mining, construction or engineering.
- Proven end-to-end contract lifecycle management experience.
- Strong tendering, negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Experience managing claims, variations, risk and supplier performance.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen.
- Confident stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills.




- Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded.
