Cooks – Events & Festivals

Diner Group is ramping up for a huge events season kicking off in October through to April next year and beyond. We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our team across festivals, pop-ups and high-volume catering environments.

What You Will Be Doing

- Working across fryers, grills, BBQ, souvla and hot plate stations

- Cooking in fast-paced, high-volume event environments

- Maintaining food safety, labelling and hygiene standards

- Plating consistently and professionally

- Assisting with training of junior staff

What We Need

- Weekend availability

- Experience in commercial kitchens or events

- Ability to work across multiple stations

- Good plating and presentation skills

- Fast, clean, organised style of work

- Food handling and hygiene knowledge, ideally with certification
