The Role:

This role is to support 11:11 Systems in generating customer invoices, providing credit control services, and handling customer inquiries. This person will need to liaise with the local sales team and the global finance teams in US, UK, and India. This is a full time, hybrid role, based in Brisbane, reporting to the VP, Global Finance Operations.

Responsibilities:

- Gather information and calculate monthly usage amounts to be invoiced

- Review and follow up with customers on invoices not paid and push for expected payments

- Support the Cash applications team on allocation of cash receipts

- Answer customer questions on billing and payments on a timely basis

- Support the local. Sales team with any billing related queries

- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure any changes to the monthly billing process is updated with the customers

- Support the accounting team in their calculation of the monthly revenue

- Meet and update the global billing and credit control team on a weekly basis

- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values

- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements,



work procedures and policies

- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements

- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or University degree in Finance or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent years of related work experience required

- 3-5 years of experience working within the area of billing and credit control

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Self-starter with exceptional organization and prioritization skills

- Values team collaboration and ability to work in virtual team environments

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Based in the Brisbane area

- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia without visa sponsorship
