We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and patient focused team on a permanent part-time basis. Hours for this role are negotiable, with a minimum of 24hrs per week required. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, respond swiftly to deteriorating patients, and contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Deliver expert, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring, advanced therapies, and complex interventions
- Perform comprehensive assessments, identify clinical deterioration, and initiate timely and appropriate interventions
- Safely manage advanced technologies including ventilators, invasive lines, haemodynamic monitoring, and continuous infusion therapies
- Contribute to rapid response and emergency situations with confidence and clinical precision.

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset with extensive experience in critical care.

You will also demonstrate

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse




- Minimum 2 years' recent critical care experience is essential
- Post graduate certificate course in Critical care is highly considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions during emergencies and rapidly changing situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities

Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from $39.96 - $54.01 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Gr1-Gr8)

Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
