At Imagine Cruising, this role is not about selling holidays from scratch or cold calling. Instead, you’ll support customers who already have a booking with us, helping them with questions about their upcoming trip and recommending thoughtful upgrades that enhance their overall holiday experience.

While prior travel industry experience is essential, this position is focused on customer support and customer experience, not sales. You’ll assist customers with enquiries about their trips and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance their overall holiday experience.

Job Purpose:

Working as part of a collaborative team,



you’ll support existing customers by assisting with enquiries and enhancing their booked holidays through thoughtful recommendations such as:

- flights
- cabins
- hotels
- tours and experiences

This role involves inbound and outbound customer contact, working to set KPIs and turnaround times. The focus is on customer care, relationship building and helping travellers get the most out of their holiday.

What You'll be Doing:

- Proactively communicating with customers prior to travel to enhance and upgrade holiday packages
- Assisting customers with booking changes and travel related enquiries
- Understanding customer needs to recommend relevant itinerary improvements
- Managing holiday changes accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm availability and arrangements
- Maintaining a strong understanding of holiday packages and inclusions
- Identifying upsell opportunities that genuinely improve the customer’s experience
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
- Resolving customer issues with a service-first mindset
- Producing highly accurate administrative work with detailed customer notes
