Job Description

RT Health is seeking a Member Retention Consultant in Parramatta. You will be the first contact for members, promoting RT Health products and services, and working to retain members who wish to cancel.

n

This full time, permanent role offers hybrid working with a Parramatta-based contact centre and hours 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday. You will manage member issues, price, product or claim concerns, and strive to save members in line with strategic guidelines.
