The Beach House People is a locally owned holiday property management business caring for a beautiful collection of homes across the Bass Coast.

We're growing our Property Reset Team and looking for reliable, capable people who genuinely take pride in doing a job well.

n

This isn't about making beds and doing the quickest clean possible. Our cleaners are a really important part of the guest experience. You're one of the last people through a house before guests arrive, so the little things matter.

n

The role

n

You'll work independently and as part of a small team, cleaning and resetting holiday homes ready for arriving guests. This includes:

n

- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living areas
n
- Making and presenting beds
n
- Resetting indoor and outdoor guest areas
n
- Checking ovens, BBQs, cupboards and guest-use areas
n
- Restocking and presenting guest supplies
n




- Spotting and reporting damage or maintenance issues
n
- Making sure every property is genuinely guest-ready
n

About you

n

Experience is great, but reliability, initiative and attention to detail matter more. We can teach our systems; we're looking for people who bring the right attitude.

n

You'll need a current clean driver's licence, reliable transport, good communication skills and the ability to work confidently without constant supervision.

n

Excellent availability from 1 December to 31 January is essential

n

Hours vary with bookings and the seasons, with our busiest periods during summer, weekends and school holidays.
