Your new company An established organisation operating within the medical technology industry is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Support professional to join its team. Based in Kingsgrove.

Your new role In this varied position, you will provide customer service support across the sales, service and wider business teams. You will assist with customer enquiries, order processing, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email

- Maintaining accurate customer records, licences and CRM information
- Processing customer orders, purchase orders and invoices
- Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and stock availability
- Coordinating stock receiving, dispatch and shipping documentation
- Preparing customer proposals, agreements and tender documentation
- Supporting the sales team with general administration and reporting
- Monitoring active proposals and open or back orders
- Communicating customer feedback to relevant internal teams
- Assisting with trade show preparation when required

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in customer service, office administration or sales support
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise and manage competing responsibilities
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems, such as NetSuite, would be advantageous
