You will

- Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and build strong relationships across their organisations




- Provide expert support on import and export sea cargo, including quoting and rate sourcing
- Coordinate international shipments end to end on behalf of customers
- Liaise confidently with clients, carriers, and the global partner network
- Work closely with the Cargo Development team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Deliver timely reporting, communication, and proactive customer updates

You have

- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a genuine passion for customer service
- A proven background in customer service or sales support within freight forwarding
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or shipping
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships
- Your own transport, as public transport is not available in the area
