Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in the industry and proficiency in Cargowise software. This position offers the prospect to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing freight forwarding operations for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of freight forwarding, including booking, documentation, and coordination of shipments.
- Utilize Cargowise software for managing shipments, tracking, and updating client records.
- Collaborate with internal teams,



customers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their shipments.
- Resolve any operational issues or delays with shipments and work to resolve disputes as necessary.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and vendors and report performance metrics to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency with Cargowise.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and external partners.
- Experience in both sea freight and air freight forwarding is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
