Customer Service Manager (Mandarin Required)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and guide the customer service team, handling enquiries via phone and email and resolving complaints and service escalations

- Investigate delivery delays, lost freight, and shipment issues,



coordinating with operations and transport teams

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up outstanding cases through to completion

- Performance Report analysis, Identify recurring issues, drive service improvements, and support the team's day-to-day performance

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service experience, with some experience leading or guiding a team

- Experience handling customer complaints and escalations

- Robust communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, spoken and written
