Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people's healthcare journey? We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our welcoming team in St Kilda.

In this wide-ranging and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and healthcare professionals, helping to ensure a seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and distributing patient reports accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with referrals and responding to patient and referrer enquiries
- Coordinating report amendments, validations and reviews when required
- Recording and managing compliments, complaints and feedback
- Providing administrative support across operations and marketing functions
- Occasionally supporting our clinic reception teams

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

You'll bring

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
