About the Job

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, including pharmacies and wholesalers.
- Manage a high volume of orders and administrative tasks, with a focus on email communication
- Oversee the entire order-to-cash process, from initial SAP entry to final dispatch and delivery.
- Utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex issues and non-standard service requests.




- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including manual order processing and maintaining accurate CRM records.

About You

- SAP experience essential, with CRM platforms is highly regarded
- Previous experience in an order processing, customer service role within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare supply chain industry
- A proactive mindset and the ability to think critically to resolve issues under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
