We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy talking with others and want to be part of a supportive workplace.

No previous experience is required. Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and the support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend your day speaking with existing supporters and having positive, professional conversations over the phone.

You’ll also

- Build genuine relationships through great communication
- Follow clear systems and processes
- Develop valuable communication and customer service skills
- Receive ongoing coaching and support




- Work alongside a friendly and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly and confident talking with others
- Positive and willing to learn
- Reliable and motivated
- Comfortable working in a phone-based role
- Team-focused with a professional attitude
- Looking for a stable, full time opportunity

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or sales is welcomed, but it’s not essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off, giving you a three-day weekend every second week.
