You will:

- Lead and mentor a team of 5 customs brokers while staying hands-on with your own lodgments




- Lodge import declarations across a large variety of products and clients
- Provide clear, professional advice to clients on import regulations, tariffs, and documentation
- Liaise directly with Australian Border Force and Biosecurity officers as required
- Maintain compliance across all customs legislation and regulatory requirements

You have

- 10+ years experience as a customs broker (experience as a Customs Supervisor / Manager preferred but not a must)
- An active Australian Customs Broker Licence
- Solid leadership ambition and skills
- Solid communication skills and the confidence to own client relationships directly
