Your new role:

As the Lead Engineer - Cyber Security & Network, you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting cyber security and network technologies across a complex operational workplace. You will collaborate with global teams, lead technical initiatives, coordinate responses to cyber and network incidents, and provide expert guidance across infrastructure, SCADA, and operational technology platforms. The role also includes stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, system upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring a small team of engineers.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Experience in cyber security and network engineering, ideally within critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial environments.
- Strong experience designing, implementing,



and supporting secure network architectures and operational technology (OT) environments.
- Knowledge of industry security frameworks such as NIST, IEC62443, NERC-CIP, CSC-20, or similar.
- Strong Cisco networking expertise, with certifications such as CCNA, CCSP, or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting complex cyber security, network, and OT-related issues.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven leadership capability with experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and diverse cultures.
