The Role You won’t just be "making calls." You will be a problem solver. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Engaging with individuals over the phone with empathy and professionalism.
- Thinking critically to find solutions and "sort out" outstanding issues.
- Maintaining a high level of self-motivation to hit targets and help our clients.
