Stafflink Workforce Management is a Queensland-based recruitment specialist providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions across a wide range of blue and white-collar industries.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver / Factory Hand to join our client’s busy cabinet manufacturing operation based in Logan Village.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity, Monday to Friday, suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and confident working in both a factory and delivery environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining factory/dispatch duties with local deliveries. You will assist with preparing cabinets for dispatch, loading vehicles and delivering products safely to various job sites.

Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, ongoing hours
- Overtime may be required from time to time

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with general factory hand and dispatch duties
- Preparing and checking cabinets for delivery
- Loading and securing cabinets safely onto delivery vehicles
- Delivering cabinets to job sites across the local area
- Hand unloading cabinets onsite
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Assisting with general warehouse and dispatch operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures




- Working as part of a team to meet daily production and delivery deadlines

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

- Current MR Driver’s Licence – essential
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence – essential
- Previous delivery driving experience – highly regarded
- Forklift licence – advantageous
- Experience in a factory, warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing environment – advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime when required
