What you’ll do

- Prepare and cook quality pub meals across kitchen sections
- Deliver consistent food quality, timing and presentation
- Support busy lunch, dinner and function service
- Keep on top of preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- As a Chef de Partie, run your section and support less experienced team members

What you’ll bring

- For Demi Chef:



experience as a Commis or Demi Chef and readiness to build your skills
- For Chef de Partie: experience confidently running a kitchen section
- Experience in a busy pub, restaurant or similar high-volume commercial kitchen
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
- Pride in your food, transparent communication and a team-first approach
- Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
