We are growing our business with the introduction of a brand new, exciting practice just off the Nepean Highway in Bentleigh. We're searching for a motivated, adaptable team member who is excited to work across both reception and chairside assisting in the early stages of the practice and who is eager to develop their skills, take ownership, and grow into a future leadership role.

About The Opportunity In the early stages, you'll enjoy a wide-ranging role including:

Reception

- Creating exceptional patient experiences

- Managing appointments and recalls

- Handling enquiries and treatment schedules

- Processing payments and health fund claims

- Supporting daily practice administration

Dental Assisting

- Chairside assistance for a variety of procedures

- Infection control and sterilisation

- Preparing treatment rooms

- Supporting both general dentists and visiting specialists





- Assisting with smooth patient flow throughout the day

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.

- 3+ years of dental assisting experience.

- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.

- Exceptional organisation and multi-tasking skills

- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and takes initiative

- Team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work.

- Comfortable resolving conflicts and handling confrontations when necessary.

- Bubbly, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive clinic atmosphere.

- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Carestack is highly desirable but not essential)

- Assertive and efficient in managing outbound calls and tasks.

- Wants to grow professionally and take on leadership opportunities in the future
