This is a hands-on role working with customers in the showroom. You'll be helping people choose the right curtains, blinds, and outdoor solutions for their homes. It's not about hard selling — it's about listening, understanding what they want, and guiding them to the right outcome.
Key responsibilities
- Meeting with customers in the showroom
- Helping them choose suitable products and styles
- Putting together quotes and following them through
- Managing orders and keeping things on track
- Coordinating installations
- Keeping the showroom tidy and well presented
About you
- Someone who presents well and takes pride in their work
- Good attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers
- Organised and able to stay on top of multiple jobs
- Reliable and able to work independently
- An interest in interiors or home improvement is a bonus
- Experience in sales or retail helps, but it's not essential
