About The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract. The role is Reporting to the Head of Communications, and would be responsible for the strategic management and continuous improvement of Maddocks’ digital communications channels, including the website, social media platforms, email communications and intranet. The role combines content strategy, campaign delivery, digital channel management and data-driven insights to help grow the firm's profile, engage clients and prospective talent, and support key business priorities.
The successful candidate will be an experienced digital communications professional with strong storytelling, stakeholder engagement and project management skills. They will bring expertise in digital content, search optimisation, analytics and emerging technologies, including the responsible use of AI, while ensuring all communications align with firm governance, brand standards and audience needs.
About You In order to be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing, digital communications or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Understanding of responsible AI use in communications and marketing
- Experience managing websites, CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Be an effective team-player, a can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
