About the role
This is a part-time position commencing at approximately 2 days per week, with the prospect to increase hours as your caseload grows. In addition to client consultations, you will:
- Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical notes and documentation
- Communicate with referrers and other health professionals as required, including preparing progress and review letters
- Contribute to content creation and nutrition resource development
- Participate in weekly mentoring with Clare, Sports Dietitian and owner of Perth Performance Nutrition
About you
We're looking for someone who is proactive,
energetic and passionate about helping people achieve their nutrition and performance goals.
You will
- Be an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), or eligible for APD status
- Have a strong interest in sports and performance nutrition
- Be confident building rapport and communicating with a wide variety of clients
- Take an evidence-based, practical and individualised approach to nutrition
- Be organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Be proactive and keen to contribute ideas to a growing practice
- Have strong written communication skills and be comfortable contributing to nutrition resources and content
Previous private practice or sports nutrition experience is highly regarded but not essential. We're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
Why join Perth Performance Nutrition?
This role is a great opportunity for a Dietitian wanting to develop their career in sports nutrition while building experience across a varied private-practice caseload. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Work across both in-person and telehealth consultations
