About the Role

You'll own the end-to-end delivery of acquisition initiatives and retention campaigns, working closely with commercial and marketing teams. Combining strong campaign execution with commercial thinking, you'll identify opportunities, launch impactful offers, and continuously optimise performance to drive marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deliver and implement loyalty and engagement initiatives that increase repeat purchasing and customer lifetime value.
- Own and deliver campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Measure, report, and optimise campaign performance, turning insights into actions that improve future results
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Identify new opportunities for the business through customer insights, market trends, and performance data.

Key Requirements





- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, loyalty, or promotions, ideally within ecommerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-volume, multi-channel campaigns
- Experience in B2B marketing and/or agency environments is highly advantageous, bringing a strong understanding of stakeholder-driven campaign delivery and fast-paced execution.
- Track record of delivering quick-paced, high-volume campaigns across multiple channels while managing stakeholders, timelines, approvals, and performance outcomes
- Strong commercial mindset and capacity to interpret data, identify opportunities, and drive informed decision-making.
