Join our creative digital marketing team and bring high-level campaign concepts to life for a growing fashion brand!

We're looking for a talented and organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute on-brand, high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of turning strategic direction into stunning, commercially focused visuals and content — from creative briefs and asset production through to launch and live monitoring.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on creative direction, cross-team collaboration, and delivering cohesive campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape the visual style and creative direction for each campaign, ensuring everything feels on-brand, modern, and commercially effective.

- Write clear, creative briefs that guide designers and set expectations for deliverables, messaging, audience, and deadlines.

- Work closely with internal creative/design teams to produce high-quality campaign assets — providing direction, feedback, and approvals along the way.





- Deliver and manage on-brand content and creatives across multiple digital channels, including:
- Website promotions and banners

- Email campaigns and newsletters

- Organic social media (content creation, posts, stories, reels, engagement & community replies)

- Influencer/affiliate programs and gifting

- UGC content initiatives

- Paid ads

- Project-manage campaign launches — coordinating timings, handoffs between teams, and go-live across channels while keeping everything on track and on-brand.

- Support the wider team with asset organisation, version control, light performance feedback, and occasional ad-hoc marketing tasks.

About You

We're seeking someone with robust creative direction skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience coordinating digital campaigns (ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands). You should be comfortable writing briefs, giving design feedback, managing multiple channels, and working closely with senior leaders.
