As the digital marketing and content coordinator, you will be responsible for the performance and growth of The Closet's digital marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone experienced in digital marketing and content creation, who enjoys out-of-the-box thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, execute and manage The Closet's digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels (Meta Suite, Google, SEO, TikTok)
- Curate and create compelling and high-quality visual content for social media platforms that resonate with target audience, drive brand awareness and promote products
- Create engaging email campaigns that drive revenue and promote customer loyalty
- Conceptualise creative ideas from current trends and conversations that are tailored to audience
- Monitor, report and analyse strategic performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimise future campaigns
About you
- A minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing and content creation experience
- Strong written and visual communication skills,
with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content and copy
- A thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms, email marketing software, content creation tools, and editing software
- A preparedness to feature in content (i.e. front-of-camera appearance). This is an important aspect to create trust and connect with our customers.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
- A genuine interest in the luxury fashion resale industry and sustainability
- Someone who is energised, positive and that will resonate and interact with target audience in an authentic manner
