The successful candidate must have:

- Have an approved , Diploma, Certificate 111 or willing to complete a traineeship
- Be able to work 5 days a week, including various shifts
- Be committed to child safety and diligently implement the services child safe policies, procedures and practices
- Child safety training is essential
- Hold a Current Working with Children's Check
- Have a Current Child Protection Training Certificate
- Have a Current & Approved First Aid Certificate (or willingness to promptly obtain)
- Have knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards or willingness to obtain through the traineeship
- Have excellent communication skills- written, verbal and computer skills
- Be warm, friendly and wanting to be part of a committed team
- Implement play based learning that promotes all areas of learning and development
- Value the importance of being a qualified in early childhood education
- Want to be part of a team where voices are valued and heard
- Be permitted to work permanently with no working restriction on hours or visas restricting hours
