Senior Business Analyst - Finance & ERP | 12 Month Fixed-Term

A 12-month fixed-term opportunity has opened with a large, complex organisation for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead process reengineering and solution design across a major ERP program's finance module. You'll sit at the centre of finance operations, IT and the implementation team, shaping target-state processes, controls and system design.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading process reengineering across finance, defining target-state processes, roles, controls and service outcomes
n
- Leading analysis and design of finance processes and solutions within the ERP finance module, including transactions, reconciliations, reporting and configuration
n
- Setting and governing standards for requirements, traceability, financial controls, compliance and data integrity through system build and integration
n
- Directing analysis of finance data, interfaces, batch scheduling, system logs and postings across the ERP and satellite systems
n
- Leading stakeholder engagement, solution validation, testing,



cutover and operational readiness

What we're looking for

n

n
- Extensive experience leading business analysis and process reengineering on large-scale ERP or financial system implementations
n
- Advanced knowledge of core financial operations, end-of-day processing and complex reconciliation flows
n
- Strong analytical, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts for executive stakeholders
n
- Postgraduate qualifications in computing or a business discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
