Casual Catering Assistants & Kitchenhands – Queensland & Brisbane Region

$27.09 per hour + 25% casual loading Weekday daytime shifts (some evenings)
n with occasional weekend shifts available
n Multiple locations across QLD

The Opportunity

We're expanding our casual pool and seeking reliable Catering Assistants and Kitchenhands to support our busy sites across Queensland. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, take pride in your work, and want flexibility across multiple locations, this is a great fit.

The Role

n

n
- Assist with daily food preparation and service
n
- Prepare sandwiches, salads and fresh menu items
n
- Support chefs with meal service and general kitchen duties
n
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
n
- Manage stock, minimise waste and support peak service periods
n

This casual pool supports multiple sites across:

Brisbane | Brisbane Airport | Toowoomba | Sunshine Coast | Gold Coast

n

For airport,



Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast roles, reliable transport (public or own) is essential.

About You

n

n
- Friendly, reliable and team-focused
n
- Experience as a Catering Assistant, Kitchenhand or in high-volume hospitality
n
- Valuable food prep and presentation skills
n
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
n
- Able to obtain or already hold: National Police Check & Blue Card
n
- Weekday availability (Mon-Fri)
n
