Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse

n

We are looking for an experienced RN/EN to join our team in the Melbourne East area, providing high-quality clinical care and support to clients living in their own homes.

n

The Role: As a RN/EN, you will:

n

n
- Observe clients' wellbeing and make recommendations regarding care enhancements to the Case Manager.
n
- Provide clinical support acrorss a diverse range of clients and care needs.
n
- Assist clients with social support, personal care and community access where required.
n
- Administer medications in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and scope of practice.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals.
n
- Participate in client reviews and work collaboratively with clients and their families to evaluate health outcomes.
n
- Provide wound care, wound management and clinical assessments.
n
- Support clients with a range of complex and ongoing health conditions.
n
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure protected,



person-centred care.
n

ABOUT YOU

n

You are a confident and compassionate RN/EN who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.

n

You will be:

n

n
- Reliable, organised and proactive.
n
- An excellent verbal and written communicator.
n
- Calm and confident when managing changing or urgent situations.
n
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
n
- Flexible and adaptable when supporting clients with different clinical needs.

- Committed to providing safe, respectful and person-centred care.

- Experience in Palliative care will be an added advantage
n

YOU WILL HAVE

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Substantial post-registration clinical experience, with experience across a range of clinical settings highly regarded.
n
- Recent clinical experience and demonstrated competency in areas such as wound care, dementia, acute care and palliative care.
n
- Experience supporting clients with neurological, cardiac and respiratory conditions.
n
- Previous community nursing experience is highly advantageous.
n
- Experience in aged care is highly regarded, together with exposure to acute clinical environments.
n
- Experience with fall prevention,



seizure management and PEG feeding is desirable.
n
- Current CPR certification, issued within the last 12 months.
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
n
- A current Australian driver's licence.
n
- Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle with appropriate comprehensive insurance.
n
- Availability to workat least four weekdays per week.
n
- Ability and willingness to travel between client locations, including approximately 30–45 minutes between appointments where required.
n
