About the role

Complete Care Team is seeking a compassionate disability care worker to support our clientwith personalised, home and community‑based care. The role focuses on consistent support, daily routines, and helping the client work toward their goals. If you’re reliable, empathetic, and committed to person‑centred care, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with personal care including self-care routines: showering, dressing, grooming
- Perform domestic duties including housework and laundry
- Meal preparation - you must know how to cook
- Assist with community access and activities like going to the gym and weekend leisure activities

Essential:

- NDIS Worker Check

- Working with Children Check

- National Police Check

- First Aid Certificate

- Working rights in Australia
- Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- Available for various AM and PM shifts Monday to Friday and Weekends

Desirable:

- Disability industry experience




- Understanding of Traumatic Brain Injury and using Positive Behaviour Support Strategies
- Enthusiastic, caring, tolerant and dedicated
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills
- Willingness to learn, punctual and reliable
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Able to work both independently and within a team
