Job Title: Disability Support Worker – Community Access and Domestic Support

Location: Bertram and Rockingham, WA

Employment Type: Casual

Schedule: Monday to Thursday

- Morning: 8:00 am–10:00 am
- Afternoon: 3:00 pm–5:00 pm

Care Link Services is seeking a reliable and caring Disability Support Worker to support a participant living with his family in Bertram.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up the participant from his home and drop him off at Workpower Rockingham.
- Pick up the participant from work and return him home safely.
- Provide community access support.
- Assist with light domestic tasks when required.
- Encourage independence and support the participant’s daily routine.
- Complete accurate shift notes and report concerns to management.

Essential Requirements

- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.




- National Police Clearance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Reliable, punctual and available for split shifts.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Desirable

- Experience supporting clients with epilepsy.
- Previous disability support experience.
