ABOUT THE ROLE

Title: Disability Support Worker

Location: Ipswich QLD

Salary: $36.22 - $39.53 per hour + super + salary packaging

Employment Type: Casual

You will support and encourage our clients to participate in a range of activities aligned with their hobbies, interests, and goals outlined in their NDIS support plans. Building meaningful relationships and promoting independence, you'll help create positive outcomes and enriching experiences for the people we support.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

Essential:

- Available to work across a variety of shifts - including sleepovers
- Available for a minimum 3 days per week
- Experience working in the Disability sector
- Intermediate computer skills (ie: using Microsoft Outlook, documentation in a client management tool/CRM, Carelink +).
- Right to work in Australia
- Yellow Card with NDIS registration
- Valid First Aid & CPR

Highly regarded and desirable:

- A relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health or working towards it.
- Auslan skills
