Are you a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Disability Support Worker looking for casual work in the Gold Coast?

We’re looking for male Disability Support Workers to join our supportive and caring team. You’ll play an important role in supporting our participants to build independence, enjoy their interests, and get involved in their community.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Confident supporting participants in the community
- Friendly and engaging
- Comfortable working with teenagers and young people
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and building positive relationships

Essential Requirements

- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Registered and reliable vehicle - for community access support
- Comprehensive Car Insurance




- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You

Bonus If You Have (but not a requirement):

- Previous experience supporting teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Experience with community access and recreational activities
- An interest in going to the gym and doing fitness
- Enjoy playing video games
- A fun, positive, and engaging personality

Employment Type Casual - Open to working day shifts, versatile, Monday to Thursday work
