The Role:

As a Distribution Operator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring all requests and orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for the timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining operational excellence and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the daily shipping and receiving of goods
- Maintain all records of parts received and dispatched.
- Taking part in all cycle count and stock take duties.
- Maintain Occupational Health and Safety issues within the warehouse.
- Maintain general housekeeping of direct areas
- Understands and is responsible for quality control standards.
- Be able to competently co-ordinate activities of other distribution center facility employees
- Point of escalation and resolution for work related issues
- Complete report creation, tracking and analysis as required

- Meet Client KPI

Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience within the logistics, warehousing, or distribution industry.
- A current LF Forklift Licence and LO Order Picker/Turret Truck Licence.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).




- A flexible approach to working hours to meet operational requirements.
- A commitment to producing high-quality work and achieving performance standards.
- Availability to work additional hours outside standard operating times when required by business needs.
