We have an opportunity to join our dedicated Document Control team, working closely with project teams across the UK and Europe to ensure the accurate management, control and distribution of critical project documentation. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help maintain the quality standards of the team, and support project delivery so documentation is issued accurately and on time.

You’ll manage incoming and outgoing project documentation and act as the final quality check before issue. Your work will ensure documentation is accurate, compliant and issued to the highest standards, directly supporting project delivery.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders, managing documentation through our electronic document management systems across multiple projects. This gives you exposure to a wide range of engineering and infrastructure projects.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Document Controller role.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders across teams and organisations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional approach with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
