About the role

Join the team at The Dog Social, with locations in both Manly and Newport. We're looking for a skilled full-time groomer who is confident, caring and adaptable to work across both salons depending on the needs of the business. In Manly, you'll work alongside 2 groomers and 2 daycare/reception team members. In Newport, you'll work alongside our Grooming Manager/Head Groomer and a dedicated bather.

Key responsibilities

- Groom dogs of different sizes and temperaments to high standards

- Provide breed-specific grooming services

- Handle dogs with a kind, gentle and patient approach

- Work independently and as part of a team

- Work flexibly between Manly and Newport locations as needed

About you

- Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience

- Breed-specific grooming knowledge preferred





- Confidence grooming dogs of different sizes and temperaments
- A kind, gentle and patient approach to dog handling

- Strong attention to detail and high grooming standards

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work between Manly and Newport locations
- A genuine love for dogs and their wellbeing
