Residential Care Services is expanding and is looking to grow the team across multiple services including;

Support work - $43.03 per hour + Paid Super + KMS

Domestic cleaning - $33.85 per hour + Paid Super + Paid KMS and products provided

Domestic gardening / home maintenance (Subcontractor only) - Rates to be negotiated

Service 1: Support Worker (sub-contractors welcome to apply) – NDIS & Aged Care (Social Support)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality social support to NDIS participants and aged care clients. This role focuses on enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and supporting clients to remain connected to their communities.

As a Support Worker, you will play a meaningful role in helping people live with dignity, choice, and confidence. If you are a caring, patient, and genuinely helpful person who enjoys making a positive difference in others’ lives, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one social support to NDIS and aged care clients

Assist clients with community access, social outings, and recreational activities

Support clients to build confidence, independence, and meaningful relationships

Provide companionship and emotional support in a respectful and person-centered manner

Follow individual support plans and uphold client goals and preferences

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the team

Uphold safety, dignity, and privacy at all times

About You

You are someone who truly cares about people. You understand that kindness, empathy, and patience are just as important as practical skills.

You will demonstrate:

A compassionate, caring, and respectful approach to supporting others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability (essential)

NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Police Check

Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with current registration and adequate insurance

Relevant insurance coverage for sub-contractors, if applicable

Experience in NDIS and/or aged care support (desirable but not essential)

Service 2: Domestic House Cleaner – NDIS & Aged Care

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, caring, and dedicated Domestic House Cleaners to provide high-quality cleaning services to NDIS participants and aged care clients in their homes.

This role is about more than simply cleaning a house. For many of our clients, having a reliable and trusted person assisting in their home can make a meaningful difference to their comfort, independence, and quality of life.

As a Domestic House Cleaner,



you will help clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment while providing your services with respect, dignity, and care. If you take pride in your work, genuinely care about people, and enjoy making a positive difference, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide domestic cleaning services to NDIS and aged care clients in their homes

Complete routine cleaning tasks including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, floors, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

Follow individual client preferences and service requirements

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail

Treat clients, their homes, belongings, and privacy with care and respect

Identify and report any concerns relating to client wellbeing, safety, hazards, or changes in the home environment

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team

Follow workplace health and safety, infection prevention, and organisational procedures

About You

You are someone who takes pride in doing a job well and understands that working in a client's home requires more than just good cleaning skills.

You will demonstrate:

A caring, respectful, and professional approach to working with older people and people with disability

Solid attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Good communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently while remaining connected with and supported by our team

Respect for client choice, privacy, dignity, and individual preferences A willingness to go the extra step to provide a positive experience for our clients

Essential Requirements

Previous domestic cleaning experience (preferred)

Police Check granted within last 24 months

Ability to work safely and appropriately in clients' homes

Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence

Ability to complete required onboarding, training, and compliance requirements

Experience working with NDIS participants and/or aged care clients is desirable but not essential

Service 3: Domestic Gardener / Home Maintenance (sub-contractor only role) – NDIS & Aged Care

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Domestic Gardeners to provide high-quality basic gardening and outdoor maintenance services to NDIS participants and aged care clients in their homes.

This role is about more than simply maintaining a garden. For many of our clients,



having assistance with their outdoor areas helps them maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable home environment while supporting their independence.

As a Domestic Gardener / Home Maintenance, you will provide practical assistance while working respectfully around clients and their homes. If you take pride in your work, are reliable and genuinely enjoy helping people, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic gardening and outdoor maintenance services to NDIS and aged care clients

Complete routine gardening tasks including lawn mowing, edging, weeding, pruning and general garden tidy-ups

Provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and or general handyman assistance if applicable

Leave work areas clean and tidy

Assist clients to maintain safe and accessible outdoor areas

Follow individual client preferences and service requirements

Treat clients, their homes, gardens, and belongings with care and respect

Identify and report any safety hazards, property concerns, or issues requiring further attention

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team

Follow workplace health and safety and organisational procedures

About You

You will demonstrate:

Good gardening / home maintenance skills and attention to detail

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Essential Requirements

Previous gardening or property maintenance experience

Police Check completed within last 24 months

Ability to safely use basic gardening tools and equipment

Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence

Public Liability insurance minimum 5 million

Sub-contractor to supply all tools and equipment

Ability to work safely and appropriately in clients' homes and properties

Ability to complete required onboarding, training, and compliance requirements

Experience working with NDIS participants and/or aged care clients is desirable but not essential
