Workfast is seeking highly skilled and experienced Final Trim GPS Dozer Operators for ongoing civil and infrastructure projects based in Sarina. If you have a proven track record of working to strict tolerances using GPS machine control, we want to hear from you.

- $45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience
- Ongoing, stable work across major Sarina projects
- Consistent rosters with long-term opportunities for reliable operators

What you need

- Proven experience as a Final Trim Dozer Operator in civil earthworks or mining
- High proficiency in utilising GPS machine control systems (e.g., Trimble, Topcon)
- Current and valid RII competency for Dozer Operations
- Construction White Card
- Strong safety focus and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately to meet strict tolerances

What you will be doing

- Operating dozers safely and efficiently to execute high-precision final trim earthworks
- Completing complex cut/fill, battering,



and shaping to exact GPS specifications
- Maintaining haul roads and work areas to safe operating standards
- Completing daily pre-start checks, reporting defects, and ensuring machinery is well maintained
- Following all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, surveyors, and team members
