WE’RE HIRING — DRIVER COMPLIANCE TEAM MEMBER

We are a parcel delivery business, seeking an organised and proactive Driver Compliance Team Member to help monitor driver performance, maintain accurate records and ensure daily delivery procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor driver EH/ETA and scanning compliance, identify exceptions and follow up with drivers.
- Review delivery scans, timestamps, delivery locations, proof-of-delivery photos and signatures for accuracy.
- Investigate missed or incorrect scans, delivery discrepancies, unsuccessful delivery attempts and “Ran Out of Time” events.
- Check compliance with safe-drop instructions, parcel handling requirements and delivery procedures.
- Follow up on customer complaints and record findings, corrective actions and outcomes.
- Monitor driver clearances, licences, inductions, training records and document expiry dates.
- Assist with vehicle audit records and daily safety check compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports,



highlighting recurring issues and actions required.
- Work closely with drivers, team leaders and management to improve performance and close out outstanding issues.

What we’re looking for

- Strong attention to detail and confidence reviewing reports and identifying inconsistencies.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to address issues professionally with drivers.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email and data entry.
- Solid organisation, reliable follow-through and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in transport, logistics, compliance or fleet administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of Australia Post delivery systems, EH/ETA and scanning procedures will be highly regarded.
