The Opportunity Looking for a stable driving role with reliable hours, a supportive team and the opportunity to earn extra through overtime? We’re looking for an experienced HR Driver to join our team in Tullamarine, operating a side lift collection vehicle across municipal contracts.

You’ll be out on the road each day providing an essential service to the community, backed by a great crew and a strong focus on safety. Side lift experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate a side lift collection vehicle across municipal collection routes.
- Complete waste collection, loading and unloading duties safely and efficiently.
- Transport loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities.
- Deliver reliable, professional service while out on the road.
- Keep your vehicle clean, presentable and ready for the job.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.

About You We’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and ready to get the job done.

- A current HR Licence with at least 12 months’ driving experience, or previous side lift experience.
- A solid employment history and strong work ethic.
- A clean driving record.
- Availability to work between 5:00am and 5:00pm.
- A genuine commitment to safety and being part of a team.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
- Waste industry or side lift experience would be highly regarded, but it’s not essential. Training will be provided to the right person
