We are seeking an experienced Drupal Engineer with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using Drupal. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Drupal architecture, custom module development, API integrations, performance optimization, and up-to-date web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Drupal-based web applications and portals.
- Develop custom Drupal modules, themes, and plugins based on business requirements.
- Customize and extend Drupal core functionality while adhering to Drupal coding standards.
- Integrate Drupal with third-party applications, REST/SOAP APIs, authentication systems, and external services.
- Perform Drupal version upgrades, migrations, and security patch implementations.
- Optimize website performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 6 to 8 years of experience in web application development with at least 4+ years of hands-on Drupal experience.
- Strong expertise in Drupal 8/9/10 development and architecture.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery , and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience in custom module development and theme customization.
- Knowledge of Drupal APIs, Views, Blocks, Content Types, Taxonomy, and Configuration Management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Composer, Drush, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
- Experience with Drupal migration tools and content migration projects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Headless Drupal and decoupled architectures.
- Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Drupal Certification is preferred.
