We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for assisting in leading the Front Office and Concierge teams.

The successful candidate will:

- Lead check-in, checkout experience with the Front Office team
- Lead the Front Office & Concierge team in enrolment of hotel loyalty program




- Effectively communicate with all other departments including maintaining the daily reports, and leading the operation briefings for the team
- Ensure a memorable experience for all guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued
- Bringing energy and “can do” attitude to the Lobby and team
- Adhering to and championing procedures and quality standards

Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience with Opera
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4-5 star property
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests is essential
- Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW certificate is essential
- First Aid certificate is essential
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
